Everyday Outfit + Favorite Tee Under $20

I have been searching for the perfect everyday V-neck tee for quite some time and can never find the “perfect” one.  They are either too baggy or fitted, the V is too high or low cut, the fabric is low quality (and ends up shrinking or stretching).. Anybody else feel the same way?!

I went with this olive green tee which comes in 10 other colors like blush and navy, and thought it would be great for any season, especially fall coming up.  I don’t really own too many olive-colored clothing items so I went for it and love it.  I can’t wait to pair it up with burgundy and blush- it’s a gorgeous color combo!! I’m going to order a few other colors… probably the raisin and blush. And the fit of this tee is just the slight bit loose… it really comes down to personal preference but I like a more “relaxed” look with tees.  The only fit issue I have with looser fitting tees is the chest area gets way to big for me… that’s why I sized down.  I usually wear an XS for reference. I went with the XX-Small and it was still a looser fit but it wasn’t gaping in the chest! So happy with it!! I would say size down if you don’t have a full bust.  If you do, then just get your normal size!

Now you may be wondering why I’m going on and on over a tee shirt.  This is an essential in your wardrobe for all seasons.  It’s for that day you just cannot decide what to wear or to even pair it with a cute skirt. The basic V neck tee is the easiest (and quite chicest way) to look very stylish and put-together. I just love it.

My favorite way to wear this tee is with some relaxed fit jeans, some cute shoes, and some delicate jewelry.  This initial bar necklace I’m wearing is only $12!! The reviews were amazing so I went ahead and purchased it & I’m SO glad I did! Definitely get one if you like layering delicate jewelry. Then to transition this look for fall, I would throw on a burgundy cardigan, darker wash of denim, and a cute hat.  I really like this one & will totally be wearing this in the fall. I’m sure you will see the fall version of this on the blog within the next month.
