At the beginning of a new season there are a few pieces that I believe are must haves in your wardrobe. For spring (and summer!) I think a great pair of wedges, a denim jacket, a white eyelet dress, a fun handbag, and a basic tee are those must-haves! With this outfit, I’m wearing two of those staples- wedges and a basic tee. This tee isn’t your basic tee shirt… it has a gorgeous ruffle detail on the sides. I think the side ruffles with the front panel being flat… this is so much more flattering! And I have to mention that it is unbelievably soft and well-made… which is why it makes a great investment piece. No it’s not that $20 tee you are used to getting (and I love those too!)… but it’s nice to have one that will last and is well-made. You will have this for years and won’t go out of style. And this ruffle tee will be that go-to piece in your wardrobe that you reach for all the time when you have ‘nothing to wear.’
For sizing, the brand has a different size chart so just follow the sizes on the website. I accidentally ordered a size 1 which is a small and should have technically ordered the 0 which is an xs but in the end I really liked the fit of the 1. So if you have a similar frame like me me (I’m 5’7″ for reference) then I would size up!
