This dress just says “garden party” to me every time I look at it.  But  not all of us have one to go to so I would totally wear this out to lunch with friends or to a summer BBQ.  The waist cutout is so so flattering because it hits right below the bust line making it so so gorgeous!!  To give it more of a boho feel I paired it with some flatforms.  These shoes are amazing because they give you height of a heel but comfort of a flat shoe… mix those two together and you have the flatform!
