Classics With A Pop of Red…

One classic favorite outfit of mine is stripes with a pop of color, specifically red.  It’s just so simple yet makes a statement with the color pop. I wore this outfit yesterday when I went to lunch and shopping with my mom- so casual, chic! It was so nice to get out and see all the spring stuff like the peonies in Pier I! So gorgeous, you have to check it out!

Now back to the outfit. I’ve been eyeing this striped (almost midi) dress since the summer. I saw it went on sale… almost 50% off so I decided I would go ahead and get it. I have to say, it’s beautifully made, and the material is doubled so it feels luxurious! I’m 5’7″ and it hits right below my knee.  I highly recommend you pick one up because you can get so much use out of it now through summer!

And this jacket… It’s been selling out like crazy and I found a store that has full stock! I love the grey because it goes with some much in my closet just because mostly everything I own is blush, navy, cream 😉 I sized up to a small size because the arm length was a little short when I tried the xs. And to finish the outfit are these gorgeous red (with a hint of orange) lace up flats. I’m linking a very similar pair below in case your size is sold out in these. They run true to size and are so comfy.  I think everyone should have a fun color pair of shoes in their wardrobe.  They are great for adding that little something to an outfit that immediately change the look of your outfit!
