You may be thinking to yourself “Carin, you’re already wearing a fall outfit?!” but when there’s a really great sale I wanted to share this outfit with you before prices go back up on the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale August 8th. My dress, shoes, sweater, and watch are all on sale!!

This shirtdress is a piece I absolutely love… There are a few ways you can style it.  I love the dress as is but I love it even more after styling it…  I added a belt to add shape (so I can define my waist) and a cardigan for a more relaxed look & to break up the plaid. These short booties are incredibly comfortable too!! I can totally see this outfit come September & October for cooler days at a pumpkin patch or any fall weekend! (As I am typing this it’s crazy to think this is all around the corner!) I can tell this piece will most certainly be a staple in my fall wardrobe!!
