If you follow me on Instagram you will have seen I recently went on a trip to NYC and stopped by Sweets by Chloe. I was so excited to try because I have heard so many great things… it stems from the by Chloe restaurant next door which is all vegan food. Need to try that next time I go 🙂
First I wanted to talk about this romper I wore- I have gotten so many compliments about this romper so I wanted to share details. You can find it here and it’s so girly and feminine. *Sizing/Fit: I’m wearing an XS for reference but it’s perfect if you are taller (I’m 5’7″ for reference) and I usually have a hard time finding ones that fit length-wise but this one is perfect. It also comes in petite here.

So here’s my review on Sweets by Chloe… first they have a wide variety of vegan desserts: ice cream, bars, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pies… and much more!! See their full menu here. I went with the chocolate cupcake with vanilla frosting and I thought overall it was very good- not too dry but it had the slightest aftertaste. For being a vegan cupcake, it was delicious. It was pretty good overall. I would definitely go back again!! I wish I would have tried their best-selling Matcha Chocolate Babka so I’ll definitely try that next time I go.
The overall aesthetic of the shop is so gorgeous!! There are splashes of pink everywhere- the wallpaper, the Swell water bottles filled with milk, the coffee/tea cups, the packaging… it was all way too cute!!! So I’ll give it a 7/10 for overall taste and 10/10 overall aesthetic. Here are some pics of my Sweets by Chloe experience 🙂

That romper is gorgeous, I love the lace detailing on the front! What a cute sweet shop too, I wish we had something like that here in New Zealand!
