Floral Ruffle Dress Under $24 + Friday Favorites
Another outfit I wore to New York City was this floral high-low maxi number. It is so dreamy and flowy and actually comfortable!! I was concerned at first that this dress would be not so comfy with the strapless top and the ruffle around the arm but it is actually fit very well.
